Cheetah Chrome is one of the most popular and richest American musician who was born on February 18, 1955 in Cleveland, Ohio, United States.
Eugene Richard O’Connor (born February 18th 1955) more popularly known by the nickname, Cheetah Chrome is an American musician who gained fame as a guitarist with Rocket From the Tombs and the punk rock group Dead Boys.
There were a few short reunions, which Chrome was part of in both 1987 and 2004.
They returned in 2017 to promote and tour the 40th anniversary celebration of Young Loud and Snotty.
In 2003, after the release of The Day the Earth Met the Rocket from the Tombs, he reformed Rocket from the Tombs with David Thomas, Craig Bell, with Steve Mehlman (Pere Ubu) on drums and Richard Lloyd (Television) replacing the late Peter Laughner.
The reincarnation of the group toured in 2003 and 2006. In summer 2003 it entered the studio to record some of the band’s old material for the first time.
